Julie Lænkholm

Julie Lænkholms practice explores feminized, embodied, and experience-based forms of knowledge through weaving, plant-dyeing, and collaborative material processes. I work with vulnera planter, textile structures, and site-specific installations to investigate how care, maintenance, and situated knowledge can create social and ecological transformation. Through community engagement, archival research, and material experimentation, I examine the relationship between inner and outer eco systems. Julie also created the permanent garden piece called Andvakandi in Asmundersalurs garden.
